I loved this brownie but could only eat a few bites as it was quite sweet. It just means it lasts longer.
These are very different from your regular rich (sickly) Brownies! They're just the right sweetness and notes of coffee filtering through the chocolate! The slight texture adds dimension, for an overall taste treat packed with Fibre and protein! Onto the carrot cake mix next!
The kids love these brownies! This says a lot with my gang of picky kiddos. They are delicious, easy to make and best of all are packed with some extra protein!
I am a big fan of these brownies, I do always change out the oil for Olive oil and I add sea salt to the top. I also bake them in muffin tins for a bit size option with more crust!
