Love the protein

We have been adding 70 grams to banana bread ~30% of the total flour needed. Just love it!!!

Upcycled barley flour

I’m not much a baker and use barley flour in a countertop bread maker. I had been adding a couple of tablespoons of an upcycled barley flour for about a year now. I liked the added flavor with the carbo-reduced flour I use.

Yours definitely adds a good, new level of flavor as I hoped. A good choice for me. Keep up the good work.
